Our primary goal is to make all of our customers 100% satisfied.
Returns
Our standard return has policy has changed from 30 days to now 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, typically we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@swyperrecovery.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
With Swyper's 1 year warranty if  your Swyper arrives defective or becomes defective within the year we will replace it free of charge.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Order Number 
  • Email Address
  • Explanation of the defect or reason 
  • High quality photo or video showing the defects. If images or video are not provided we will not be able to complete you request.
